Shipping Time Most orders usually ship between 2-3 business days if in stock, if longer you will receive email notification. If your item is on back-order, we will contact you. Orders are not usually processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays expect for special circumstances . Exact processing times for each item can be found when you add an item to the shopping cart, then you choose your shipping time, they are two different time frames so please keep that in mind. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive unless you pay for a guaranteed service and even then, once iy leaves us, we are not responsible for when it gets to you, that is in the postal service's hands. We will help you to recover the shipping on any guaranteed rates that don't get there in time. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Doggie Diva or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Most items can be shipped internationally, please contact us for international shipping rates before you place your order.

It is Doggie Diva's policy to try and send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number within 24-48 hours after your order ships, but there are times when we this doesn't happen. Sometimes items ship from manufacturers directly and sometimes the manufacturers do not provide us with the confirmations and tracking. In that case, you would not receive a shipping confirmation. Please contact us for tracking if you do not receive tracking when your item is supposed to ship.

Free shipping items: Returns/Exchanges on free shipping items (anything that is not our fault) will be charged the original shipping costs. Free shipping is always the least expensive method, 1st Class Shipping (or Ground of larger items), expediated shipping on free shipping will require the customer paying the difference between free shipping and the expediated shipping of their choosing, which will be billed after the order is completed or we will refund the free shipping if expediated shipping is paid for. Free shipping does not apply to International addresses or outside of the Continental US including Hawaii and Alaska.
